The Hosts
Want to get to know the guys of "Here for the Speed"? The best way is come to a race and hang out with them, but if you can't do that this is the next best thing.

DJ - Producer
DJ is the guy trying to keep the train somewhere near the tracks. As producer of Here For The Speed, he keeps the conversation moving, brings the topics to the table, and usually has an opinion ready whether anybody asked for it or not. DJ helped build HFTS around one simple idea: NASCAR coverage should feel less like a press conference and more like sitting around with your buddies after the race.

From race weekends and live shows to interviews, road trips, and whatever questionable idea the crew comes up with next, DJ is usually right in the middle of it. His goal is simple — have fun, talk racing, and never take any of it too seriously.
Jacob - The Wild Card
Every racing show needs somebody who can take a perfectly normal conversation and send it completely off the rails. That’s Jacob.

Whether he’s breaking down what happened on track, calling somebody out, or throwing a completely unexpected take into the middle of the show, Jacob brings the unpredictability that makes Here For The Speed what it is. He’s a racing fan first, which means you’re getting genuine reactions instead of polished TV talking points.

With Jacob, you may not always agree with the take — but you’re probably going to remember it.
Jeff - The Voice of Reason... Usually
When the rest of the Here For The Speed crew starts heading completely off the rails, Jeff occasionally attempts to bring everybody back to reality.

Jeff brings another perspective to the table every week, mixing racing knowledge with the kind of reactions you’d hear from fans sitting around the garage, campground, or local bar after a race. He’ll call out something that doesn’t make sense, defend a take when he believes in it, and isn’t afraid to jump into the chaos when necessary.

He might be the voice of reason — but this is Here For The Speed, so even that designation is subject to change.
Mathew - Resident Brad Keselowski Fan
Every show has somebody who picked a driver and refuses to abandon ship. For Here For The Speed, that’s Mathew — the resident Brad Keselowski fan.

Mathew brings his own perspective to the weekly NASCAR conversation, whether the crew is talking race strategy, driver performance, manufacturers, or whatever controversy has taken over the sport that week. He’s never afraid to defend his guy, argue his side, or remind everyone why their opinion is wrong.

Underneath the trash talk, though, is somebody who genuinely loves racing and enjoys talking NASCAR with the same passion as the fans watching at home.
